1

Challenge

Within a tight 6-week timeframe, we faced the formidable challenge of integrating multiple cutting-edge software platforms—Snapdragon Spaces XR and Stable Diffusion—with a diverse array of hardware components, including the Lenovo A3 headset, Motorola Edge +, and the latest Qualcomm chipset. Our objective was to seamlessly merge these technologies into a cohesive and groundbreaking VR experience.

Solution

Our team worked around the clock on development. We implemented a rigorous schedule of multiple Qualcomm check-ins per week to ensure consistent progress and alignment with project objectives. Additionally, we organized several in-person demo days at Qualcomm offices, providing opportunities for hands-on demonstrations to engineering teams, marketing personnel, and senior executives. These sessions fostered invaluable collaboration and feedback loops, driving the project towards its successful fruition.

2

Challenge

Our goal was to design a modular experience capable of seamlessly adapting to both small and large spaces, ensuring accessibility and enjoyment for a wide range of users.

Solution

Meeting the challenge of creating an engaging experience adaptable to different space constraints demanded a blend of creativity and technical innovation. Our solution was to set the experience in a virtual art gallery—a versatile environment that could dynamically scale based on available space. This strategic choice not only allowed for organic growth but also ensured that users could immerse themselves in the content regardless of the size of the deployment area. By leveraging this flexible setting, our artists seamlessly balanced spatial design, interaction mechanics, and content delivery to maintain a consistently immersive and engaging experience across diverse environments.

3

Challenge

We undertook a groundbreaking challenge: running stable diffusion locally and augmented reality (AR) simultaneously on a phone. This required developing across multiple hardware generations, collaborating closely with engineers to pioneer a never-before-achieved solution.

Solution

Our development path required an R&D style approach. We created a best case scenario knowing that it was possible the hardware would not be be available in time for the event and even if it was available it might not support it but that would ultimately get us to a good final product. Our agile development practices and innovative problem-solving ensured seamless integration and optimal performance across evolving hardware platforms.

To navigate our development path effectively, we adopted an R&D-style approach. Recognizing potential hardware availability challenges, we crafted a best-case scenario strategy. Our agile development practices and innovative problem-solving were pivotal, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across evolving hardware platforms. This foresight allowed us to anticipate and address potential obstacles, ultimately leading us to deliver a robust final product.
